Mud Slingers!

What a fun day we had off-road riding our mountain bikes through Ragle Ranch State Park. The trails were officially closed but I think that was just for folks who didn't want to get wet and muddy. I should have a picture of Kalix mud covered on his little BMX Diamond Back soon. We felt so alive in the fresh air, sunshine and warm weather- which seemed to get warmer the more we rode. You really stay present negotiating the sloppy terrain. Whoever said exercise was boring clearly has not had the satisfaction of mud-caked calves after making it up a steep incline. All those winter days of rebounding and lifting weights paid off!

You can have days like this too- ck out our coaching plan- 8 Weeks to Wellness Program; we start where you are at and work steadily at your pace. Only the truly committed need apply. If you are ready to feel really vibrant and alive, to learn the skills to be healthy and strong, contact us. We'll show you, through diet and lifestyle coaching (not products), how to do this. You will have the support you need to succeed.

Today promises to be another gorgeous day in beautiful northern California. Spring is here- its time to get ready for planting. We hope to put in another raised bed, get started on a green house (still trying to figure out how to grow bananas here!), and create our Sangha Sun House as self-sustaining as possible!

In Amazing Health!
